Refund Policy
At Herbal Teas Australia, we want you to be happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event, one of our teas does not meet your expectations, you may return the tea, provided it is unopened and in its original condition, for a refund of the purchase price within 14 days from the date of purchase. (indicated by the date on your online order)
Please email us via our “Contact us” page or “orders@herbalteasaustralia.com” and include your order number and we will send you instructions on how to return the tea.
Please note: Please allow 2 weeks from the time we receive your return to allow the process of your refund. Only products purchased online from the Herbal Teas Australia website will be accepted for return. If you have purchased Herbal Tea Australia tea blends from another online store or retailer, please contact them directly.
