Damiana is considered a mood elevator for its anti-depressive qualities and for its potential to support the nervous system, ease anxiety and improve mood.

Damiana can also act as an expectorant, which may help to relieve bronchitis, coughs and clear congestion.

This blend combines other relaxing herbs such as Passionflower and Skullcap and the sweet flavour of Licorice root. The addition of Sage helps with concentration and cognitive function.

This is a good blend for people who want to quit smoking or vaping. Alternatively, to help mood and anxiety, make the herbal blend as a tea infusion and drink 2 -3 cups a day. Add a teaspoon of herbs to a teapot, add boiling water and steep for 10 minutes
