How can the calm tea help?

How does the calm tea work?

The herb Spearmint combines well with the creamy honey flavour of Calendula and enhances the calming effect of Chamomile.

Add a teaspoon of the Calm tea to a one-litre teapot, add boiling water and allow to brew for 10-15 mins. Alternatively, soak the herbs in a litre of cold water overnight, discard the herbs and drink the liquid.

Can I drink it hot or cold?

Either hot or cold, you will enjoy the benefits of Calm tea. For convenience, you can make a hot brew, allow it to cool and pour it into a drink bottle and sip it throughout the day

How much should I drink?

Can I mix with other teas?
